Hamed Eksiri

Hamed Eksiri is a technology leader specializing in high-performance fluids and hardware reliability for electric vehicles and data centers. He contributes to Open Compute Project (OCP) Foundation working groups setting industry reliability standards for data center liquid cooling. At Chevron Lubricants, he managed a $600M global fluids portfolio and led its transition to advanced thermal management solutions. At the Schaeffler Group, he oversaw mass-production scale-up of liquid cooling hardware for the automotive industry. An active STLE member since 2012, he was the August 2024 Member Highlight for his leadership in immersion lubrication and cooling. Hamed holds a Master's in Materials Science and Engineering from NC State and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. He lives with his wife and two children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
