Bulent Caliskan

Bülent Çalışkan is a mechanic's senior technical leader at TÜPRAŞ. He has worked in TÜPRAŞ head office and İzmit refinery, one of the world's most complex refineries, in terms of the Nelson index, with more than 24 years of experience in reliability and turbomachinery fields. He led many reliability studies, procurement processes of new equipment, different projects, and equipment failure investigations, which all contributed to enhancing the TÜPRAŞ plant's reliability. He has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering Field from İstanbul Technical University. He actively participated in the rotary equipment procurement of all large units established in refineries, such as the İzmit Refinery RUP (Residuum Upgrading) project and the Kırıkkale Refinery NPP (New Power Plant) project.
